Off The Grid? Yes!

Ian has been playing with renewable energy since 2000 when his Dad powered his cabin using nothing more then the waterfalls flowing into the lake and a microhydro generator. In 2009, Ian had a custom solar tracker built and then in 2010 added 47 panels  (10KWs!) on the roof. This system feeds into the grid and powers the studio and his home. No worries though for night time or cloudy day recording as the studio is still well and alive.
